Tino Gaberthüel is a corporate partner at Lenz & Staehelin. He has extensive experience in representing clients in a variety of corporate transactions, focussing on mergers & acquisitions, capital markets transactions and corporate governance matters. Tino Gaberthüel is regularly involved in key transactions in the Swiss market, both domestic and cross-border. He recently represented, among others, Bain Private Equity and Cinven in the acquisition of Lonza Speciality Ingredients, SK Capital and Heubach in the acquisition of Clariant's pigments business, Tetra Pak in its acquisition of Comet's ebeam business, Baloise in its acquisitions of devis.ch, Bubble Box and Movu and Rothschild in the sale of its global trust business. Besides his corporate practice, Tino Gaberthüel lectures at the LL.M program of the University of Zurich and at the Advanced Master Studies of the Institute of Financial Services Zug IFZ and is a regular contributor in legal text books and law journals.
