On 2 February 2021, the Capital Markets and Technology Association (CMTA) submitted a reponse to the Federal Department of Finance (FDF), within the framework of a consultation regarding the ordinance on the adaptation of federal law to developments in distributed electronic ledger technology, initiated on 19 October 2020.
