CMTA's 2024 AGM and Digital Assets Seminar will be taking place on 13th June at the unlimitrust campus, Prilly.

Topics on the agenda will include:

• Digitalization and financial market infrastructure: panelists will discuss the emerging infrastructure for digital assets including the DLT trading facility and the significance of such new platforms
• Digitalization of debt instruments: aligning technology and legal requirements: this panel will discuss the potential of instruments such as digital bonds or digital structured products as well as some of the challenges, including the need for an integrated approach between the functions of the smart contract and the terms of the instruments
• AML compliance for digital assets: we will present some of the key recommendations from CMTA's AML standards for digital assets

The seminar will start at 4pm and be followed by networking drinks at 7pm (AGM for members at 3pm).
